We have minimal paperwork. We appreciate it if you arrive 5 minutes early for your appointment. Please wear loose and comfortable clothing when you visit us. Expect to spend around 45 minutes on your visit. We will find a plan to fit your needs and schedule.

Also carry a physical copy of your insurance card, workers' compensation claim number, or case manager's contact information, depending on your payment method. If you were involved in an accident, please make sure to bring the claim number and agent contact information.

Restore PT is a terrific clinic. I’ve known few places where every single staff member is so wholeheartedly committed to taking such great care of their customers. From young athletes to those of us who still dream, we’re all treated with kindness and expertise. For those who need PT, Restore is a gift to Topeka!

I have never had anyone in the 40 years I have been seeing doctors and chiropractors who know the human body so well and to specifically figure out your body’s problem to help you work through pain and training to get you stronger. The whole team is wonderful!!! I tell people all the time how great Restore Physical Therapy is.

I am a 75-year-old male with muscle atrophy and sciatica in my right leg. I recommend Restore & its therapists without reservation. When I began, my goal was to be able to walk fairly normally and put my cane in the closet. They have guided me to reach that goal. I have spoken with friends who have had a similar experience here.
